In the event of a security breach, data leak, system vulnerability, or platform-wide failure occurring within a third-party service provider (e.g., Canvas LMS), ScheduleBud shall not be held liable or responsible for any resulting consequences, data compromise, or loss of information. Use of these third-party integrated services is at your sole risk.

8. AI-Powered Features
CRITICAL AI LIMITATIONS: AI-powered features are experimental technology with significant limitations. You use these features entirely at your own academic risk.

- Verification Required: Do not rely on the knowledge graph or search results as authoritative; always confirm against your official course materials
8.5 Long-Term Memory (Optional)
- Optional Personalization: When enabled, the Smart Assistant may infer and store facts and preferences from your messages to personalize responses
- May Be Inaccurate: Inferred memories can be wrong or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing them, and you can disable the feature or delete stored memories at any time
